Job Requirements

  • Desire to be in a sales position and develop skills necessary for success (previous experience in sales not a prerequisite, we train & develop)
  • Ability to work hard, study hard, and be teachable
  • Have reliable transportation to call on clients
  • Ability to work independently getting results without constant supervision
  • Time management skills
  • Flexible schedule discipline – 40hr work weeks
  • Must have a background clean of any felonies
  • Participate in team meetings to facilitate support and ongoing growth

  • Driven individual with ability to push through challenges
  • Pass state license exam (in some states, temporary license can be issued prior to taking exam, allowing individual to sell right away)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strong work ethic, Self Starter, and Positive Attitude
  • Prospect for new clients in the B2B and B2C marketplace working with small/midsize businesses, Residential, Schools/Institutions, & Local government
  • Develop customer base, build relationships, re-service needs of clients, and present new products as they become available
  • Become a knowledgeable resource and trusted adviser within the community
  • Present potential solutions using our world class products and services with knowledge and professionalism
  • Discuss financial concerns and needs of individuals when the unexpected occurs
  • Learn and execute proven sales systems utilizing Pre-approach and Referral systems
  • Observe Team Leaders and Trainers and apply coaching from team mentors
  • Identify clear goals and develop personal action plans
